At HPK Foods, we take care to pack and ship every order safely so that our products
reach you fresh and in good condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment
confirmation or COD order confirmation.
During launch periods, festive seasons, sales, stock shortages, or operational delays,
processing may take longer.

2. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across serviceable locations in India through third-party courier and
logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are usually:
Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Non-metro cities: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather,
strikes, holidays, local restrictions, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, order values, or
promotional campaigns at our discretion.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or
any other available communication channel.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier partners. There may be delays in
tracking status updates.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, wrong phone number,
locked premises, refusal to accept delivery, or non-response, the order may be returned
to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are accurate.

HPK Foods will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or
incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Delivery

If the package appears damaged, leaked, tampered with, or open at the time of
delivery, please do not accept it, or record clear photos/videos before opening.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images/videos at
care@hpkfoods.com or +91 98135 17357.

8. International Shipping

HPK Foods may accept international orders at its discretion. International shipping
timelines depend on destination country, customs clearance, courier network, and
import regulations.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, destination-country charges, documentation requirements, and product import permissions.

HPK Foods is not responsible for customs delays, rejection, seizure, duties, penalties, or
restrictions in the destination country.

9. Delivery Delays

HPK Foods shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather,
natural disasters, customs, public holidays, strikes, political unrest, remote location
issues, incorrect address, or events beyond our control.
