Payment, COD & Taxes Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

HPK Foods may accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking,
wallets, payment gateways, Shopify-supported payment methods, and Cash on Delivery
where available.

Available payment options may vary based on location, order value, product type, or
business discretion.

2. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

HPK Foods does not store complete card details, CVV, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

3. Failed Payments

If payment fails but money is debited, please contact your bank or payment provider.

If we receive confirmation of payment, your order will be processed.

If not, the amount is usually reversed by the bank/payment provider as per their timeline.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected Indian pincodes.

COD charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

HPK Foods reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers, locations, order
values, or products.

5. Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

6. Invoices

A tax invoice will be generated for eligible orders and may be shared digitally or
physically with the shipment.
