is prepared, packed, and handled with care so that it reaches your kitchen safely
and with its natural character protected.
FSSAI’s labelling and display regulations require mandatory label information for
prepackaged food, and for e-commerce sale, mandatory label information should
generally be provided to consumers before sale, with certain exceptions such as
batch number and date-related declarations.

HPK Foods operates in accordance with applicable food safety regulations in India.

Customers are encouraged to check the product label for ingredients, batch details,
net quantity, date of packaging/manufacturing, best before date, storage instructions,
FSSAI details, customer care information, and other statutory declarations.

We follow quality checks across sourcing, processing, packing, and dispatch.
Our focus is on preserving purity, aroma, freshness, and food safety.
3. Hygienic Handling
Products are handled and packed in a controlled environment with attention to
hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling practices.
4. Packaging
Our products are packed to help protect freshness, aroma, and quality during
storage and shipping.
Customers must store products properly after opening to maintain quality.
5. Customer Responsibility
Please read product labels carefully before use.
If you notice a damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, or incorrect product,
contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
