I opened the jar and the aroma was honestly the first surprise. The colour is deep, but it doesn’t feel artificial or harsh. It made my regular dal taste better
The powder has proper colour and heat without being too sharp. I didn’t have to keep adding extra masala like I usually do. A little actually made a difference.
