Returns & Refunds
Since our products are food items, returns are accepted only in specific cases such as damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, missing, or incorrect products.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and batch details.
Opened, used, partially consumed, or mishandled food products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. The final credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
