Refund Policy

At HPK Foods, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you fresh, safe, and in perfect condition. As our products are food items, returns and exchanges are handled with strict quality and hygiene standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item is received in a damaged, tampered, or incorrect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share clear photographs of the product and outer packaging with our customer support team for verification.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement for the affected item, or
• A credit note equal to the product value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Quality Check

All claims are subject to a quality and verification process. If the issue is validated, the replacement or credit note will be processed accordingly.

Shipping & Pickup

• For approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
• Reverse pickups are managed by third-party logistics partners and may take 5–10 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Out-of-Serviceable Areas

If your pincode falls under a non-serviceable area:

• You may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service with tracking.
• Once received and verified, a replacement or credit note will be issued.
• Return shipping charges will be reimbursed upon sharing the courier receipt with customer support.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Issues reported after the 48-hour window
• Products purchased during sales or special promotions unless received damaged

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
